One-to-one

One-to-one sessions are an excellent way to receive tailored sessions to suit you and your goals.

Beginners Course

This 4-week self-guided course will cover all the most common yoga poses, enable you to build strength and healthy flexibility. We will explore breath-work, meditation and benefit from a non-intimidating introduction to a yoga journey for life.

Week 1 – We start from the very beginning looking at the basics of alignment, how to use props and how to link the breath with movements.

Week 2 – Next we explore Sun Salutations to build up strength in your core and upper body. 

Week 3 – We’ll look at some standing and seated poses plus explore more breathing techniques and how you can use them to energise or to relax.

Week 4 – We’ll put everything together in a full sequence with a short meditation to finish.

Deepen your practice

Deepen your yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. This seven day self-guided practice is suitable for everyone. Expect to strengthen, stretch and relax. The program is for all levels so while some classes may be challenging, options are given for different levels. The seven day practice consists of 5 x 30-minute classes focusing on strength, mobility and relaxation, with 2 x 45-minute classes bringing in all three elements.

I decided to take up yoga earlier this year and after two months I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As someone who did the same routine, runs and stretches every week for 10+ years to keep fit, I’m now more flexible, infinitely more chilled out (especially important given my stressful job) and have less daily aches and pains as a result. I’ve even incorporated yoga stretches into my pre and post run stretching, and what a difference! Helen is everything you could want in an instructor, I was very nervous before my first class but felt at ease from the first time I spoke to her, as she goes at a pace that suits novices and experts alike.
